The full cycle of a given project includes several important phases which guarantee its success. Each project is led by a consultant of the agency HR Initiative and is supervised by one of the company leaders.


Phase One – analytical:
  • Analysis of the company profile (analysis of the internal company surroundings, strategy, structure, contents and characteristics of employees, management style, corporate culture)
  • Analysis of the vacant position (orientation of the position in the company structure, position requirements, career advancement opportunities, professional and personal characteristics required for the position, contract conditions, etc.)

Phase Two – working out the search strategy:
  • Drawing up the work plan (aims, phases, deadlines, search methods, responsibilities) and determining the geography (markets, companies, etc.)
  • Labor market research according to the position (comparative analysis of the market by job requirements, compensation packages)
  • Working out a system of evaluating candidates (interviews, testing, collecting recommendations and references)
  • Preparation of a packet of documents (for the Client and for potential candidates – position description, contract, application)

Phase Three – realization of the project:
  • Research on and search for candidates in accordance with the work plan
  • Interviews with potential candidates
  • Collection of additional information on each candidate (recommendations and references, weak and strong sides, goals, expectations, etc.) with presentation of a detailed account to the Client
  • Organization of interviews of top candidates with the Client
  • Mutual comparative analysis with the Client of all candidates

Phase Four – selection and decision:
  • Selection of the final candidate
  • Organization of negotiations with the final candidate
  • Assistance preparing the offer of employment for the final candidate

Phase Five – Accompaniment:
  • Consulting on the organizing the effective adaptation of the candidate within the company
  • Support to the Client and candidate during the adaptation period
  • Analysis of the candidate's integration in the team, in the position, and evaluation of the initial results of the candidate's work
