HR Initiative – a recruiting agency established in 2004 by a team of associates with solid practical experience whose purpose is to provide high-quality services in the sphere of human resources management – specifically, search and selection of staff for foreign and domestic companies working on the Ukrainian market .

The total number of employees at HR Initiative is twelve persons. Ten of them are recruiting consultants, with 2-8 years of work experience in searching and selecting personnel. It is a dynamic, mobile team of specialists which combines knowledge of recruiting technologies and a deep understanding of the realities of the domestic market. For the achievement of maximum results, we employ a combination of all possible methods of searching and selecting candidates.
